huge space prompt service family apartment bad smell missing stopper dirty lobby

My stay included a two-bedroom apartment. The space felt HUGE for my family. The housekeeping service was very prompt, I appreciated that.

The towels had a VERY bad smell, it was noticeable. I found NO stoppers in any of the sinks, it was a potential safety hazard.

clean room good housekeeping quick delivery excellent service

I appreciated the consistently clean state of my room and bathroom. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job. The delivery of items I requested was very prompt. I especially want to commend Mukesh, Sumitra, and Keshab, cleaner from the hotel staff, for their excellent service.

I noticed a small stain on the carpet, but it was a minor issue.

silent location huge space cooking items

the apartment was located in a silent and peaceful area , i appreciated that. the apartment itself had a huge space. i found the cooking items very helpful, allowing me to quickly prepare food for myself.

the adult pool had a lot of children , which limited my ability to enjoy a relaxing swim.
